Shia LaBeouf: The Early Days

I’ve just watched Eagle Eye. I have to tell you that it is most definitely worth it even if you’re paying the most expensive movie ticket. Shia LaBeouf is all grown up now.

He was barely 21 when this guy made the jackpot in Hollywood. Now 4 consecutive successes in Hollywood. Disturbia, Transformers, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and now, Eagle Eye. But one still have to kept in mind that before he was the leading man, he was more of a side kick or he had smaller roles in other films.

Remember that butt-naked fella in  Bobby or that wanna-be hero sidekick in  Constantine. Even there was I, Robot and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle? And before that, there was that Disney Channel Movie, Holes and he was even in Dumb and Dumberer. Now, doesn’t that young boy ring a bell in your head? Mind you, there were plenty more of films that he did and they were good.

But whenever I watch him in these movies, I could never forget the image of Louis Steven out of my head. No matter what kind of movie it was or whatever character he was portraying, there was still humour that I recognised and I could still picture Louis.

I bet this was the role that he got noticed for before he carried on to bigger with movies but with smaller roles. It took a lot of hard work with baby steps before he got to where he is today.

Anyway, even before 13-year-old Shia did the Even Steven Show on Disney Channel, I thought that I showed you guys something interesting while I was re-watching one of my favourite shows, Freaks and Geeks.

Part 1:

Part 2:

So young and he would never know what was coming for him.
